At Court Farm Holidays in Cornwall, we love having families to stay and pride ourselves on our baby friendly and child-friendly facilities. Being parents ourselves, we understand how daunting it can be going away with the little ones, so we’ve thought of everything so that you don’t have to!
Our courtyard barns in particular were designed with families with young children in mind, with open plan kitchen/living areas, you can prepare meals whilst being able to keep an eye on the little ones. Twin bedrooms are decorated with bright soft furnishings and have black-out blinds as standard. Staircases have stair-gates – that as well as toddler cutlery & crockery all supplied as standard.

We offer a range of child-friendly and baby friendly essentials at no extra cost. Cots, highchairs, booster seats, bed guards and fireguards are all available. Simply let us know what you need before your stay.
Plus in every home, you’ll discover potties, toilet training steps and seats.
Safety First!
We understand how inquisitive small children can be! Our kitchens feature child safety catches on all lower cabinets where possible as well as toddler-friendly cutlery & crockery. All homes have a stair gate fitted at the top of staircases with extras available for added peace of mind. Just let us know in advance.
Twin and single bedrooms in all of our barns have blackout blinds to help your little ones sleep.
And finally, we are able to offer a babysitting service by arrangement.
Out & About
You don’t have to wander far to have fun – here at Court Farm our games room has a soft play area with numerous toddler toys and a pool table for the older children. Splash away in our child-friendly swimming pool – so popular and maintained at 30 degrees ensuring toddlers don’t get cold splashing away (or clinging onto Mum or Dad’s neck!) . Get active in our large outdoor play area. Go pond dipping or make a Den in our Animal Field, follow the Welly Hunt. Draw pictures or create some animal crafts in our games room by picking up pens and paper at reception, leave your works of art on the gallery wall. There are so many activities for children to enjoy. You can visit the animals at any time, and then help feed them and collect the eggs from our chickens during our regular morning feeding sessions!

On Site Hire
Choose from adult bikes with child seats and tag-a-longs to smaller frames for younger family members. For those who prefer walking, our single and double all-terrain three-wheeler pushchairs and backpacks make exploring fun.
Prefer to catch some waves without catching a cold? No problem! We offer wet suits in a range of sizes for daily or weekly hire. Alongside you’ll also find body boards for added family adventures.
