Our modern properties feature private luxury hot tubs – perfect for stargazing or watching the sun go down over a glass of wine. Wood-burning stoves feature in several of our properties and add a magical atmosphere to a quiet night in.

For the ultimate in relaxation, why not treat yourself to a bespoke Holistic Therapy treatment at our on-site treatment room. Experienced local therapist, Vicky Barnes, uses 100% organic skincare products, handmade in Cornwall, to provide luxurious treatments for men and women. Vicky offers a wide range of holistic body and beauty treatments, including Reiki, reflexology, body massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, head and face massage, raindrop technique, pedicures and manicures.

Our Most Romantic Properties…

The Cabin is located at Northcott, our working farm approximately 4.5 miles from the Court Farm site. A luxury escape for two, it features a jacuzzi bath, private enclosed garden with luxury hot tub, summerhouse, and is in close proximity to the beach. Dogs are welcome and the spectacular Cornish countryside is literally on your doorstep – from beautiful beaches to the local woods, the area surrounding the Cabin literally has it all. The local pub is just a few minutes walk away and guests are welcome to take full advantage of all the facilities on offer at Court Farm.

Honeysuckle, Wheelwright, Fuchsia and Lilac, our charming 200-year-old Cornish cottages, are also perfect for couples. Located adjacent to Court Farm, the cottages feature iron bedsteads, exposed beams, wood-burning stoves, private sunny gardens and are just a stone’s throw from the nearby pub and a couple of miles from the popular seaside town of Bude.

Our courtyard converted barn, Stables, is also a great choice for couples, or two couples holidaying together. This split-level three-storey barn is laid out with the master bedroom, with king-sized bed, and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there is an open-plan living area with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is a twin bedroom (which can be converted to a double bed upon request), on the third floor.

Our modern properties, Mulberry and Sycamore, offer more spacious accommodation and feature private gardens with luxury hot tubs.
