14th – 16th June – Various Locations, Falmouth: Sea Shanty festival. Free entry festival celebrating all things shanty themed. 

16th June – Eden Project, Bodelva: Free entry for Fathers. Celebrating this special day Eden Project is offering Free entry for Fathers. 

20th June – Wheal Martyn, St Austell: Jimmy Cannon. Our Kind Of Music with Jimmy Cannon is celebrating jazz and swing. Listen to the music that the esteemed Michael Parkinson loved so much and pays tribute to his musical legacy.

21st – 30th June – Various locations, Penzance: Golowan Festival. Golowan is a 10-day festival of arts, performances, culture and parades. It’s the UK’s second largest street festival.

22nd June – The Wyldes, Bude: Simple Minds. Global rock icons Simple Minds will be bringing their world-class live show to Cornwall for the first time in 40 years.

22nd June – 1st August – Bodmin Railway, Bodmin: Class 10 Diesel Day. Purchase a rover ticket and travel all day long behind the Class 10 ‘Tomline’.

23th June – The Wyldes, Bude: Anne-Marie will be headlining the Summer of 2024! (Over 18’s event) 

23rd June – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Kids Fest. A big day for big kids, a festival for 5 – 13 year olds. 

29th June – The Wyldes, Bude: Jess Glynne, Grammy award-winning pop icon. 

29th June – Eden Project, Bodelva: Suede and Manic Street Preachers. Two of the the UK’s most influential rock bands. 


2nd July – Eden Project, Bodelva: The National plus This is the Kit. This summer, watch American alternative heroes The National play in front of the Eden Project’s world-famous Biomes – a spectacular and unique concert venue.

3rd July – Eden Project, Bodelva: Rick Astley Plus the lighting seeds. Pop legend Rick Astley will play a show in front of the world-famous Biomes on Wednesday 3 July 2024. Special guests on the night will be The Lightning Seeds.

4th July – Wheal Martyn, St Austell: Yesterday’s Men. Kevin Brinn and Jamie Wakeham are two members of the popular Padstow quartet. 

5th July – Eden Project, Bodelva: Tom Grennan. Chart-topper Tom Grennan is the latest act announced for the 2024 Eden Sessions and will take to the stage on Friday 5 July. 

5th – 7th July – Mousehole, Penzance: Sea Salts & Sail festival. The 2024 festival will be held on the 5th – 7th July 2024! The list of this year’s boats and our dazzling array of entertainment have been added to the website.

5th – 8th July – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Bike Festival (South West). Family day out raising money for Cornwall Blood Bikes and the Armed Forces Bikers.

6th July – The Big Sheep, Bideford: The Wurzels. A cider and country music festival. 

12th July – Lanhyrock, Bodmin: Big Butterfly Count. Take part in Butterfly Conservation’s Big Butterfly Count in Lanhydrock’s beautiful formal gardens.

13th July – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Teachers Rock. A music festival will bring together Teachers Rock! A choir of educators. 

13th July – Eden Project, Bodelva: JLS Plus Tinchy Stryder. The London-based four-piece, comprising Oritsé Williams, Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold and JB Gill, are known for their rich, harmonious vocals and the slickest dance moves a British boyband have ever delivered. Special guest on the night will be rapper Tinchy Stryder.

15th July – Wheal Martyn, St Austell: The Sea Trail. Learn all about the ways that china clay has been exported around with world. 

18th July – Newquay Zoo, Newquay: Zoo nights plus Outdoor Cinema. First the first time ever they have teamed up with Skylight Cinema for an exclusive Summer evening. 

20th July – Wheal Martyn, St Austell: Wheal Martyn and Mavagissey Shanty Night. Join us to celebrate the sea, the summer and Cornwall with an evening jam-packed full of shanties and song.

21st July – Clovelly, Bideford: Clovelly Maritime Festival. A day of fun for all the family with a packed programme of all sorts of activities.  

27th July – The Big Sheep, Bideford: The Little Mermaid. Escape under the sea with the Little Mermaid’s family show. 

28th July – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Summer Sessons. Including Yazzy, Grace George, The Kahunas, Sam Dowden, DJ Bunny not bonnie & many more!

30th July – 1st August – Bodmin Railway, Bodmin: Teddy Bears Picnic. Kickstart your summer holiday at Bodmin Railway with Stevie Bear! Visit on Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st July, and Thursday 1st August for our Teddy Bears Picnic.

30th July – Lanhyrock, Bodmin: Meet the Machines and ranger team. Come along to the parkland to meet Lanhydrock’s Ranger Team and some of the machines they use to take care of Lanhydrock’s more 900 acres of countryside.


23rd – 24th August – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Summer Music Festival. Make it a Bank Holiday to remember! 

24th August – Bodmin Jail, Bodmin: Beast of Bodmin Jail 2024! Live music, parade, food and drink and entertainment throughout the day. The event will end with our legendary firework show. 

31st August – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Save the Rave weekender. All day outdoor festival for 90s music and entertainment. Over 18s only.


8th September – The Big Sheep, Bideford: North Cornwall Classic Car show. Classic Cars on display from across the West Country. Come along and vote for your favourite classic car of the day.

13th September – Jamican Inn, Bodmin: Paranormal Investigation, with a two course dinner.
