October
3rd – 6th October – Preston Gate, Poughill: Preston Fest. Poughill’s only Beer and Music festival. Lots of beers, loads of ciders, some of the Southwest’s best band and free entry!
3rd October – Wheal Martyn, St Austell: The Mevagissey Quaynotes. Come along and listen to a four man acapella group from Mevagissey.
4th – 5th October – Hall of Cornwall, Truro: Fisherman’s Friend’s. Rock the Boat Tour. Grab your tickets for Port Isaac’s favourite buoy band
5th – 6th October – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Home improvements and self build show. Brining together the regions premier home-improvement and self build products and services.
11th October – Duchy of Cornwall Nursery, Lostwithiel: Dahlia Workshop. Come and learn abut all things Dahlias.
11th – 13th October – Various Locations, Mevagissey: Sea Shanty Festival enthusiasts from far and wide who want to see singers on the jetty and in local pubs.
17th October – Wheal Martyn, St Austell: Wine and Wisdom Fundraising evening. Quiz evening raising money for the local heritage centre.
19th October – December – Eden Project, Bodelva: Ice Skating. Lace up your skates! Cornwall’s only ice rink will be reopening at the Eden Project
19th October – Cornish Cider Farm, Penhallow: Healey’s Halloween at The Farm. Board the haunted Vintage Tractor and you’ll be taken to the Healeys Pumpkin Patch to pick out your very own pumpkin! After you’ve found the perfect pumpkin, it’s time to get creative in the Rattler Bar, which will be transformed into a spooky pumpkin carving family workshop!
19th – 23rd October – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Halloween Toddler Takeover. Dig out your best Halloween costumes and bring your little monsters along for our Halloween Toddler Takeover with Jiggy Wrigglers and Barnwood Bears!
20th October – Eden Project, Bodelva: Eden Marathon and Half-Marathon. Cornwall’s biggest running event.
25th – 2nd October – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Halloween Fun over Half Term. Creepin’ It Real.. Ewe’ll have a hoot this Halloween at The Big Sheep!
25th – 26th October – Jamican Inn, Bodmin: Paranormal Investigation, with a two course dinner.
26th October – 3rd November – Eden Project, Bodelva: October Half Term Hallow-Eden. Things are getting creepy (crawly) this Halloween at the Eden Project. Explore the freaky and fascinating world of minibeasts this October half-term. Plus, our glittering ice rink is back!
26th October – Boscastle Harbour, Boscastle: A Dark Gathering. An afternoon and night of dark dance, music, folklore. Entrance tickets to be booked in advance.
29th October – Bodmin Railway, Bodmin: Halloween Half Term. Kids go FREE! Spend Halloween at Bodmin Railway, with our decked out 1950s station and trains. Expect to see crawling spiders, coaches covered in cobwebs, wizards and witches and pumpkins!
31st October – Jamican Inn, Bodmin: Paranormal Investigation, with a two course dinner and a Halloween theme.
31st October – Bodmin Jail, Bodmin: Halloween Fireworks. Tickets must be booked in advance, come and enjoy fireworks within the ‘spooky grounds; of Bodmin jail.
November
5th November – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Big Bonfire and Fireworks. A stunning display of dazzling fireworks celebrating Guy Fawkes Day! The BIGGEST Bonfire and great tunes.
7th November – Wheal Martyn, St Austell: Rue, the English songwriter unveils a signature bland of soulful music captivating Jazz essence.
9th – 15th November – Cornish Cider Farm, Penhallow: Christmas Market. Family festivities full of flavour as the Healeys Christmas Market weekends return.

15th – 17th November – RHS Rosemoor, Torrington: Magic of Christmas, craft and food fair. Get into the Christmas spirit and find loads of gift inspiration and tasty temptations to share with family during the holidays at this special festive event at RHS Rosemoor.
15th November – 28th December – RHS Rosemoor, Torrington: Glow 2024 make magical memories exploring our striking light installations and enjoy family fun entertainment.
16th November – Clovelly, Bideford: Clovelly Court Garden Lights. See Clovelly Court Gardens like never before. Explore our historic gardens after dark, with Mulled wine, hot food and live music.
17th November – Clovelly, Bideford: Herring Festival Join in with the tradition of Clovelly.
22nd November – Lemon Quay and other locations, Truro: Christmas Market. Free to have a wonder and for anyone that loves all things Christmas.
22nd – 24th November – Eden Project, Bodelva: Father Christmas at the Eden Project. Get ready for an unforgettable encounter with Father Christmas and his Elves this season, whilst they are visiting the Eden Project.
22nd – 23rd November – Various Locations, St Ives: Sea Shanty Shout, for anyone that loves all things shanty.
23rd – 24th November – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: The Cornish Winter Fair is an annual celebration of farming and food in Cornwall. Taking place across two days, the Wadebridge Prime Stock Show takes place on Saturday only, whereas, the Winter Market spans both days. It’s an event perfect for the family.
27th – 28th November – Eden Project, Bodelva: Cornwall Christmas Fair. Cornwall’s most vibrant Christmas fair is returning to the Eden Project.

8th December – RHS Rosemoor, Torrington: Beauty & The Beast. Enjoy a tale as old as time with Wonder Pantomimes as they bring the story of Beauty and the Beast to Rosemoor this festive season.
13th – 15th December – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Cornwall Christmas Market. A market with gift shopping, festive food & drink.

15th December – RHS Rosemoor, Torrington: Victorian Christmas Carol Concert. festive afternoon of carol singing.
21st December – Various Locations including Causewayhead: Montol Festival. Suitable for families during the day and adults after dark. A gathering celebrating Cornwall’s folklore.
22nd – 24th December – Truro Lemon Quay, Truro: Christmas Market, The big one for anyone that loves Christmas.
26th December – Clovelly, Bideford: Boxing Day BBQ. With free entry come and enjoy Clovelly with music and food.
31st December – Clovelly, Bideford: New Year’s Party. The Red Lion are hosting a celebration with fireworks, music and fancy dress.
