July

18th July – Newquay Zoo, Newquay: Zoo nights plus Outdoor Cinema. First the first time ever they have teamed up with Skylight Cinema for an exclusive Summer evening. 

20th July – Wheal Martyn, St Austell: Wheal Martyn and Mavagissey Shanty Night. Join us to celebrate the sea, the summer and Cornwall with an evening jam-packed full of shanties and song.

20th July – Truro Cathedral, Truro: The gin to my tonic festival. Take an adventure with the UK’s best craft Gin & Spirit Festival. Organised by The Gin to My Tonic, their aim is simple, to celebrate and raise awareness of fabulous craft gins, spirits and distillers, introduce you to new gins, rums and vodkas you may not have discovered before, and let you enjoy tasting samples as part of your tickets from an array on onsite craft distillers all excited to meet with you.

21st July – Clovelly, Bideford: Clovelly Maritime Festival. A day of fun for all the family with a packed programme of all sorts of activities.  

23rd July – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Abba Reunion Tribute Show. 

25th July – Kennards House, Launceston: Launceston Show. Come and enjoy Launceston’s best day out for all the family in 2024!

27th July – The Big Sheep, Bideford: The Little Mermaid. Escape under the sea with the Little Mermaid’s family show. 

27th July – The Castle Green:  Bude Pride. From day to evening come and celebrate in Bude. 

28th July – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Summer Sessons. Including Yazzy, Grace George, The Kahunas, Sam Dowden, DJ Bunny not bonnie & many more!

30th July – 1st August – Bodmin Railway, Bodmin: Teddy Bears Picnic. Kickstart your summer holiday at Bodmin Railway with Stevie Bear! Visit on Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st July, and Thursday 1st August for our Teddy Bears Picnic.

30th July – Lanhyrock, Bodmin: Meet the Machines and ranger team. Come along to the parkland to meet Lanhydrock’s Ranger Team and some of the machines they use to take care of Lanhydrock’s more 900 acres of countryside.

August

1st August – Lands End, Penzance: Magic in the Skies Fireworks 2024. We’re delighted to announce that our iconic magic in the Skies Firework displays will be back for the Summer of 2024!

1st – 4th August – Royal Cornwall Show ground, Wadebridge: Creation Fest. Celebrating the good news of god and music. 

7th – 11th August – Fistral Beach, Newquay: Board Masters. Five epic days of music, surfing and beach lifestyle! 

11th August – Verious Locations, Bude: Bude food festival. A brilliant food festival celebration artisan food market and street food. 

17th August – Various Locations, Bude: Bude Carnival. Lot’s more information can be found on the website. 

22nd August – The Showground, Rydon: Holsworthy and Stratton Show. Offering an opportunity for local businesses to come and show their wares, we have over 250 trade stands on the day, offering everything from handmade jewellery to top of the range tractors.

22nd – 26th August – Various Locations, Wadebridge: Cornwall Folk Festival brings top local, regional, national and international artists to the North Cornwall town of Wadebridge each August Bank Holiday weekend.

23rd – 24th August – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Summer Music Festival. Make it a Bank Holiday to remember! 

24th August – Bodmin Jail, Bodmin: Beast of Bodmin Jail 2024! Live music, parade, food and drink and entertainment throughout the day. The event will end with our legendary firework show. 

24th – 15th August – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Antique Fair. Large indoor and outdoor antiques market. Including salvage and craft fair. 

26th August – Bodmin Railway, Bodmin: Locals Day. Do you live in the PL or TR postcode – Why not take advantage 0f half price tickets. 

31st August – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Save the Rave weekender. All day outdoor festival for 90s music and entertainment. Over 18s only.

31st August – Lemon Quay, Truro: Cornwall pride Free entry for anyone that wants to celebrate. 

September

1st September – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Tribute Festival, Seasonal Weekender. Outdoor tribute and look alike festival for all the family. 

8th September – The Big Sheep, Bideford: North Cornwall Classic Car show. Classic Cars on display from across the West Country. Come along and vote for your favourite classic car of the day.

13th September – Jamican Inn, Bodmin: Paranormal Investigation, with a two course dinner. 

13th – 15th September – Cornish Cider Farm, Penhallow: Little Orchard Cider and Music Festival. A charming Cornish party with some big bands and silent disco. 

14th – 28th September – Various Locations, St Ives: September Festival. Buzzing with music, food and culture. 

15th September – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Kernow Yarn & Fibre Festival. Bringing together the best in yarn dyers, spinners, felt makers and weavers in Cornwall. 

21st – 22nd September – The Big Sheep, Bideford: Craft and Art Festival. Experience a fusion of tradition and modernity at the contemporary and heritage festival.  

October

5th – 6th October – Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge: Home improvements and self build show. Brining together the regions premier home-improvement and self build products and services. 

20th October – Eden Project, Bodelva: Eden Marathon and Half-Marathon. Cornwall’s biggest running event.
