Ground floor: Upon entering through the front door there is a door to the left leading through to the cosy lounge with beamed ceilings and slate flooring, deep comfy sofas, coffee table, wall mounted TV with DVD player and wood-burner (with free log supply). The dining room is next to the lounge with large country style table and ornamental fireplace. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and the backdoor leads directly out to the enclosed private garden and patio area

First floor: stairs lead from the hallway up to the spacious master bedroom with king-sized iron bedstead, with plenty of room for a cot; twin bedroom; bathroom with raindrop shower.
